💳 Deposit Info

• A $50 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
• Deposit may be paid directly on booking website or sent via Interac-email transfer (see details below)
• Your deposit will be applied toward your final balance when all booking policies are followed.
• If Coiffure Moderne must cancel due to illness or an emergency, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to a new appointment.

⏰ Late Arrivals

• All clients have a grace period of 30 mins.
• Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will forfeit the deposit as a late fee
• If late: the full balance (without deposit deduction) will be required upon arrival before services can begin

🔄 Rescheduling & Cancellations

• One complimentary deposit transfer is permitted once per calendar year with 48+ hours notice.
• Your new appointment must be booked within 21 days.
• Cancellations and Reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the total loss of your booking deposit.
